Worship Services Sundays at 10:30 AM, held at the East Rec in Oakmont
We are back to in-person worship and we continue to live stream the services.
Communion will continue to be brought safely to the homes of those who are no longer able to attend church due to health issues. Communion is sealed and taped to the door before the first Sunday of each month.

Monday’s online – Chair exercising with Pastor Brinda is returning soon.
So, why exercise?
To Increase balance, strength, and flexibility – To Avoid falls, fractures, and other injuries – To Reduce or eliminate chronic pain – To Manage conditions such as arthritis and osteoporosis – To Recover from an injury or stroke – To Make daily tasks easier and improve your confidence – To Remain independent and enhance your quality of life – But also, exercise gives us more energy and oxygen, which can help with all kinds of things.
Many of our older adults are isolated and unable to get out and about freely without assistance. Many never leave their homes, although some with dogs are taking walks, but many are not. What I have witnessed over the past several months is that many who were active have begun walking slower and having trouble getting in and out of their chairs. And sadly, there have been several reports of falls and over all weakness. Lets turn that around. Join me on Mondays online. DVDs of sessions will be available for those without the internet.
Coming soon… Pastor’s Mid-Week Chatter on-line.

We have had a few wonder fellowship gathering since the stay at home orders were lifted. We plan on stepping into more options for fellowship and outreach. We hope you will plan to join us as the events come you way.
We will continue to watch our local and county mandates regarding any changes that may occur in our schedule in the future. But as for now, we are moving forward. Join us as we rebuild Oakmont Community Church to its former Glory.
Need Prayer? How can we be of service?
Coronavitus… good practice.
We encourage everyone to wash their hands with soap and water and be aware of what you are touching. This even means the bottom of your shoes, gas pumps, key pads at registers and ATM machines, etc. If you are sick or think you are getting sick, we ask that you stay home. Wear your masks when you go into public settings, you never know who you are coming in contact with. Be wise but, don’t be in fear about everything you hear. Remember that our God is bigger than anything we may face. Let it never be said that God’s people are governed by fear instead of faith. Remember you are not alone, your church is right here for you. Moreover, God is always with you. Blessing, Pastor Brinda
